Ade Adeniji is a Coach, Group Facilitator, Consultant. He is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The process explores topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
He is Co-Founder of The Quest for Gay Men C.I.C, a UK-based social enterprise that delivers personal development programs and events aimed at transforming the relationships gay men have with themselves, others and the world they inhabit.
Ade has over 20 years experience in human resources and personal development, spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He was Human Resources Director with Liberty Global Europe, a digital media company, with responsibility for the UK, Netherlands, Spain and Central Europe. Prior to that, he was Head of Human Resources with Guardian News and Media Ltd. He held other HR roles with the Financial Ombudsman Service, ITV, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Cabinet Office and the Government Legal Service.
As a practitioner Ade adopts a holistic approach to all aspects of his practice, this involves working with individuals, teams and organisations to reveal the unknown, discover multiple possibilities and cultivate conscious choices.
