I am passionate about encouraging growth in the people I work with, and in myself. I love working in Learning and Development, often building those departments from the ground up. The “soft skills” i.e. leadership, coaching, customer experience, customer service, communication, are particularly fulfilling for me. I’m strong in presentation, communication, and inspiring others to be the best they can be.
