The Regatta and The SWELL are joining forces.

Ten years ago, the Women in Tech Regatta set sail for women entering the corporate world, or already in it, tackling the topics that mattered most. A lot of you grew up with us. You're further along now: leading teams, mentoring the next crew, and asking us what comes next.

For many of you, what's next is something of your own. A startup, a coaching practice, a side business alongside the day job. That's where The SWELL comes in: a home base for women founders in downtown Seattle, with the resources, the mentorship, and the community to launch. Bootstrapped, purpose-led, venture-backed, or still an idea.

So we're joining forces. The Regatta has always been about the relationships you leave with and the conversations that start them, and that doesn't change. One week in Seattle to meet the people who'll shape your next chapter, with a new port for the founders among you and a CO-STORM on the water to close it out. A rising tide, and your crew is already on deck.

The event brings together women and allies across industries to explore the many currents of technology, career, and community.

For a decade, the Regatta has been where ideas, opportunities, and authentic connections set sail. The week features 90-minute panel discussions with expert speakers and small-group breakouts, workshops focused on both technology and personal growth, and our signature networking experiences sprinkled throughout the week. Together, these sessions cover themes of leadership, setbacks and victories, personal growth, and the shared experiences that shape our professional journeys.
