I enjoy helping people and organisations embrace and leverage digital technology (at work) so it make things easier, simpler, better and more fun.

I have a background in enabling employees to excel, both from the human side (“can I bring my whole self to work”) and the tool side (“how can digital technology take care of things for me”), and have taken that knowledge and experience to customer service. For me customer service is not just a helpdesk but about really focussing on how we service our customers to server their needs.

I have been working in the field of digital technology since 1998 and am still fascinated by how digital technology shapes today’s and tomorrows business processes and relationships.
I started with building websites, moved into intranet management and implementing digital workplaces, followed by building apps, and I’m now actively learning about chat bots, virtual assistants, conversational user interfaces, artificial intelligence and ambient technology.

I’m looking forward to share my knowledge, experience, energy and enthusiasm with your organisation or project!
