The Regatta is an inclusive event. All are welcome and encouraged to participate regardless of area(s) of expertise, gender identity, or career levels. We are committed to being a collaborative environment for people, ideas and discourse. We’ll come together to amplify careers, define the future of tech, and blow our own minds.

Sessions are grouped thematically -aka ports. WiT is designed to give attendees access to mentors, peers, resources, job opportunities and to the power of community. During Regatta week we present multiple interactive events.
