Dana Kawas

My 14 years of technology consulting experience has given me exposure to over 14 well-diversified IT projects for 10 clients across different industries (e.g. identity management, justice and public safety, financial services and banking). These experiences in technology assessment and implementation, business strategy and process improvement, as well as quality and change management, have given me a broad spectrum of knowledge and insights to build relationships and solve problems through.

I am an MBA graduate with a specialization in Strategy and Organizational Consultancy. I build the bridge between technology and business, vision and execution. I have a strong track record of translating big ideas into action by focusing on value while keeping people, process and technology at the forefront. I am committed to continuous improvement on a professional and a personal level and thrive on challenges in complex environments.

My leadership, coaching and relationship management skills have been demonstrated through the various roles that I have played, from working with executives to craft visions and strategic goals to rolling-up my sleeves with teams to get the job done, and to volunteering my time to judge business case competitions and mentor start-ups.
